AUTHOR: FITRIA WULANDARI, LENCI ARYANI, ENI MAHAWATI Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic has no certainty about its end, it requires preparedness, protection for children/educational facilities. The partner’s location is classified as a risk area, located in a residential area that is easily a place of direct transmission. The method of activity is counseling, demonstrations, discussions use the ppt, leaflet/booklet, MMT, X-banner. The material includes the PHBS in schools, covid-19 preparedness, selection and use of personal protective equipment, empowering little doctors as peer educators in adapting to new habits. Stimulants for personal protective equipment and hand sanitizers were given to support the facility’s completeness. The results showed that the entire stages had gone well, was followed by 17 participants with enthusiastic, understood the material presented, interactive in the discussion. It was concluded that all participants had the same perception of COVID-19 preparedness in a new habit era accompanied by a joint commitment to implementing the Covid-19 health protocol involving all school members. High internet users do not guarantee that digital health literacy is also high. Students at the Universitas Dian Nuswantoro health faculty are responsible for disseminating health information and transmitting digital health literacy interests. Health literacy skills are necessary for health students to sort out doubtful information. Good health literacy skills will impact students’ ability to assess incoming data and make appropriate health decisions. This study aims to describe the digital health literacy skills possessed by students of the Faculty of Health. Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. Method: This descriptive study provides an overview/description of the digital health literacy skills possessed by students of the Faculty of Health. Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. The research population of health students is 1.642 people with the sample being 321 students. The Media Literacy Intervention to Reduce Intention to Smoke in Preadolescent

Male students started smoking for the first time before 13 years old. Children were exposed to tobacco advertising, promotion, and sponsorship from many media. The outdoor tobacco advertisements in Semarang City were 45% higher within 100-meter schools than within 100-300 meters. Students at schools with a medium and high density of outdoor tobacco advertising were up to 2.16 times more likely to smoke. Children who live in high-exposed tobacco influences need media literacy competencies. OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the media literacy program to reduce smoking intention in preadolescent. METHODS: This study was was quasi experiment, as many as 76 elementary students participated in the intervention group and 68 in the control group. The intervention was Media Literacy for Preventing Young Smokers which consisted of five animation films and a book. Effectiveness of intervention was measured by paired t-test, and independent sample t-test was used to measure the difference between intervention and control groups. Telemedical Literacy and Reproductive Health Literacy in Adolescents in The Urban Area

Telemedical literacy is an innovation to improve access to information and health services, including youth reproductive health. The study aims to analyze the correlation between telemedical literacy and reproductive health literacy in adolescents in the Middle Semarang Subdistrict. This observational study uses a cross-sectional design. The data from 200 teenagers chosen by consecutive sampling were collected through a self-administered online questionnaire and analyzed using a rank Spearman test. Binary Logistic Regression was used for multivariat analysis. The results showed that telemedical and reproductive health literacy were sufficient. Age and education correlate positively to both telemedical literacy and reproductive health literacy. Reproductive health literacy also associates with Telemedical literacy (P-value 0.001; OR=28.667). Sendangmulyo sub-district is the area with the highest number of dengue fever cases among the sub-districts in the Kedungmundu Health Center working area with the majority of residents’ neighborhoods being residential complexes. Effort to control dengue hemorrhagic fever cases need to be increased by involving community participation. The problems faced by the community are the inconsistency of community knowledge and actions in efforts to eradicate mosquito nests in daily life, as well as the low level of public awareness in implementing habits to prevent cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever. The mentoring activities carried out were providing education regarding dengue hemorrhagic fever literacy and its prevention, followed by brainstorming regarding the root causes of the dengue problem in the Sendangmulyo area by producing a Follow-up Plan for implementing regional-based case reduction. Statistically, the pretest-posttest score difference test value for the knowledge, attitude and literacy variables respectively is 2.444 (p=0.015 <0.05); 2.142 (p=0.032 < 0.05) and 1.222 p=0.222 > 0.05). The COVID-19 pandemic has become a driving force in global adoption of digital technology such as the internet, including in Indonesia. Individuals need eHealth literacy to assess the information they are overwhelmed with critically. This study is the first paper exploring eHealth literacy related to self-management COVID-19. Method: This study used a case study approach. An online questionnaire was distributed to health information management (HIM) vocational students of Universitas Dian Nuswantoro and got 245 responses. The questionnaire was constructed and modified from eHeals and Corona Virus disease advice for the public from WHO. Result: This study reveals that competency in evaluation information is the lowest score than competencies in access, managing, and integrating health information. This study found that eHealth literacy related to self-management COVID-19 (r = 2.69, p = 0.000) means competencies managing health information in HIM students relate to knowledge, attitude, and practice COVID-19. Discussion: This study found that 6.5% of HIM’s students still believe in conspiracy theory and politics; furthermore, 71.4% are still unsure how to respond to this issue. Health literacy is the key to evaluating the infodemic and to get the decision making on health behavior. Health information students primarily use digital technologies such as social media to get information about covid-19 so that students need to have good health literacy to evaluate infodemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of covid-19 article content on health literacy and health behavior among health information students. Data were collected using a questionnaire on 142 health information students then analyzed descriptively and using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method. The results of the descriptive analysis show that 70% of students access covid-19 information through social media mainly using Instagram, where more than half of students access covid-19 article content <= once a day by reading and liking the article. Stunting Education Using The Brainstorming Method to Increase Mother Literacy in Banyumas Regency

This community service aims to increase mother literacy about stunting toddlers in the stunting locus village, Banyumas Regency using the brainstorming method. The stages of the program start from preparation, pre-test, giving material and post-test. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed that mothers’ knowledge about stunting increased by 37% compared to before assistance. Knowledge that has increased the most is about how to handle stunting in toddlers (79%). However, there is no increase in knowledge about how to vary food that is good for stunting toddlers. Nutrition Fact Literacy in Productive Age Communities in Semarang City, Indonesia

The results of a study by the National Consumer Protection Agency stated that only 6.7% of consumers in Indonesia paid attention to nutritional value information labels. Objectives: This study aims to determine the relationship between demographic characteristics and nutritional value information literacy. Methods: This quantitative study with a cross-sectional design was conducted on Semarang City residents aged 15-65. The sample size used the Slovin formula so that a minimum sample size of 1,029 respondents was selected using multistage random sampling based on characteristics of educational level and social status. The relationship between nutrition fact literacy and demographic characteristics was used using the Chi-Square statistical test, and the relationship between nutrition factliteracy and body mass index using the Spearman Rank statistical test. Results: The study showed that nutrition fact literacy was still problematic, 96.1%. Respondents have normal nutritional status, as much as 64.1%. Factors related to nutrition fact literacies were educational level (p=0.039, OR=1.968) and occupation (p=0.002, OR=4.668). Online questionnaires were distributed to 337 active students. The questionnaire went through several stages of development, including literature review, expert review, trial and field test. Results: The questionnaires related to digital competence and health literacy were used to conduct the literature review. Acceptance and Use of PeduliLindungi Application in Patients Based on Digital Health Literacy Competence

District General Hospital (RSUD) Tugurejo Semarang already has a QR Code Scan to enter the building. However, many patients havenotused to utilizethe scanner. Therefore, the researcher aimed to determine the acceptance and use of the PeduliLindungi app based on patients’ digital literacy competence at RSUD Tugurejo, Semarang City. The research was descriptive and distributed questionnaires to 100 outpatients. The results showed that 41% of outpatients could use social media to communicate, and 31% used the internet to find health information. 54% of patients strongly agree that PeduliLindungi helped control Covid-19. The app’s acceptance and use were mainly in patients aged 18–27. Patients with education who did not graduate from high school had the lowest average usage, 51.29. The difference in digital literacy competency scores between female and male patients was relatively high, namely 136.6 in women and 124.46 in men. The average digital literacy competence in the expert category was 61.05. Education regarding the PeduliLindungi app is necessary, especially for patients in the non-productive age group.
